  Worked here a few years ago in the stock department (2010) in the back of the store. Awful. Had to unload trucks about 3 times a week, constantly run & rummage through stock items to deliever in under 5 minutes to customers waiting outside, inventory weekly, along with other things. Did about 3 or 4 jobs at once for minimum wage. Killed yourself working. Then suddenly, poof. I am off the schedule without reason, without question. I was "fired" i assume & was not told a single thing about it. It happened in the middle of summer so it wasn't "seasonal" or anything like that. I worked here for 6-8 months. I was never late or anything so there wasn't a known reason to "fire" me. Unprofessional company, rude, selfish people. Sears is slowly going out of business. Karma is a witch. I refuse to shop or use ANYTHING related to Sears. You do not treat people like this. Have a little common curtosy & respect. Unprofessional company. Can not wait until Sears goes bankrupt. Just a matter of time.
