  Have bought 4 washers in a year and a half from brothers and every single,one has a cracked drum. They've only replaced one of them and they replaced it with one with another cracked drum. Also bought a dryer there about a year ago. It broke 3 or 4 times. Had the repair man come out the first few times and he kept putting a fuse in that would blow in exactly 3 weeks every time. They promised they would come out and fix it until it's fixed for good despite them only giving a month warranty with all appliances. But once the fuse blew a 3rd time they rrefused to come fix it again without payment. My husband finally found instructions for it online somewhere and replaced the fuse himself and it has never broken down since. Don't know if they were replacing the wrong thing or if they were using cheap fuses. Never had one good experience with Brothers Appliances. And FYI you can't fix a broken/cracked drum on a washer so after 1 month warranty you are screwed.
